With the conclusion of the final restructuring measures and the successful reorganization of the centrotherm Group, the Speaker of the Management Board and Chief Restructuring Officer is ending his involvement at the Blaubeuren-based technology company. Hans Autenrieth is to become the new Speaker of the Management Board from May 1, 2014.
