PREOS Real Estate AG: Continued full occupancy in Essen property - University Hospital moves into recently vacated space

Leipzig, 7 May 2020 - PREOS Real Estate AG ("PREOS", ISIN DE000A2LQ850) has gained another renowned tenant for the approximately 100,000 square meter property in Essen through its asset manager publity. The University Hospital Essen has now leased around 3,000 square metres of office and storage space for five years, which had previously been temporarily used by the Karstadt department store group. As a result of the new contract with Essen University Hospital, all space in the property is now let once again.

The property in Essen-Bredeney has been part of the PREOS portfolio since 2019. One of the other largest tenants is the Essen police force, which has leased extensive space until 2028.
