Westwing to postpone the Annual General Meeting 2020 for an undefined period

Munich, April 3, 2020

Westwing Group AG is postponing its Annual General Meeting, previously announced for May 15, 2020, for an undefined period. This has been decided by the Management Board of the Company with the consent of the Supervisory Board; the Company is following the example of numerous other listed companies.

The Annual General Meeting shall be held within the legally prescribed periods, which might be subject to amendments by the legislator. The exact date will be announced in due course.

The decision was taken in light of the global spread of the Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). The health of its shareholders, the employees of Westwing Group AG and its service providers is the Company's utmost priority. By postponing the Annual General Meeting, Westwing seeks to do its part to curb the spread of the Coronavirus.
