Gateway Real Estate AG: Preliminary Results 2019

Frankfurt am Main, 09 March 2020. Based on the preliminary unaudited figures for the fiscal year 2019, the Management Board of Gateway Real Estate AG (WKN A0JJTG / ISIN DE000A0JJTG7) expects that group EBIT adjusted¹⁾ will amount EUR 158 million to EUR 160 million and earnings before taxes (EBT) will reach EUR 134 million to EUR 136 million in the fiscal year 2019. The Management Board has previously guided EBIT adjusted of more than EUR 130 million and earnings before taxes (EBT) of EUR 105 million to EUR 110 million for the fiscal year 2019.

In addition, the management board of Gateway Real Estate AG expects the following further preliminary results for the fiscal year 2019 on group level:

- Volume of sales contracts: approximately EUR 1 billion
- Gross profit: EUR 406 million to EUR 408 million
- Earnings after tax (consolidated profit): EUR 129 million to EUR 131 million

Gateway Real Estate AG will publish the final results as well as the annual report for the fiscal year 2019, on 30 March 2020.

In consideration of the positive financial figures, the Management Board of Gateway Real Estate AG today resolved to propose the Supervisory Board a further dividend increase to EUR 0.30 per share (previous year: 0.10 EUR; announced so far: 0.20 EUR). Subject to Supervisory Board approval, the proposal of utilization of net profits shall be presented to the Annual General Meeting for resolution following the approval of audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2019. The final decision on the resolution on the utilization of the net profits for the fiscal year 2019 is reserved for the Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled on 12 May 2020
