First tranche of the new bond 2020/2025 of VERIANOS Real Estate AG placed
- Listing on the FSE Open Market has started
- Interest rate at 6.00% p.a., maturity of 5 years
- Proceeds from the issue will primarily be used for co-investments in funds currently being fundraised
Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, 5 March 2020 - The interdisciplinary real estate specialist VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft, operating at the interface between the real estate and capital markets, has completed the placement of the first tranche of its new corporate bond (ISIN: DE000A254Y19, WKN: A254Y1) by private placement with an issue volume of EUR 4.25 million. Further tranches will follow in line with the corresponding investment opportunities. With a minimum subscription of EUR 100,000, the private placement is aimed at a defined group of investors in Germany and selected European countries. The interest rate is fixed at 6.00% p.a. and the maturity of the new bond is 5 years. The bond is listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of today, 5 March 2020, and is tradable with a nominal value of EUR 1,000.

The transaction was managed by BankM AG as Lead Manager, Bankhaus Scheich Wertpapierspezialist AG and GBR Financial Services GmbH as Selling Agents as well as by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as legal advisor and IR.on AG as communications consultant.
