Deutsche Konsum REIT intention to list on Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
Broderstorf, 02 March 2020 - Deutsche Konsum REIT ("DKR") (ISIN DE000A14KRD3) is currently exploring a secondary listing of DKR shares on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") in South Africa. A secondary listing will, in time, allow DKR to tap into a new and broad investor base, which is highly specialised in the real estate sector. DKR has already undertaken two roadshows in South Africa, where it received positive interest from institutional investors.
DKR has mandated a South African corporate advisor to facilitate the listing process. The secondary listing will be subject to the aproval of the JSE and the South African Reserve Bank ("SARB").
