("Company") has resolved today to carry out a tap issue of the Company's unsubordinated, senior secured straight bonds maturing in June 2020 ("Series B Bonds") by issuing 100,000 additional Series B Bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 100 million and a denomination of EUR 1,000 each ("Further Series B Bonds"). The total aggregate principal amount of the Series B Bonds will thereby increase to EUR 300 million. The Further Series B Bonds will be issued at 107.25 % of their principal amount. Morgan Stanley acted as sole underwriter. The net proceeds will be used to fund the Company's acquisition pipeline and for general corporate purposes. There will be no public offering of the Further Series B Bonds. The Further Series B Bonds will be listed on the Open Market (Entry Standard for Bonds) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on or around 15 April 2014 and will form a single series with the existing Series B Bonds under the existing ISIN XS0937063310 on or around 20 May 2014.
