Consequently, Jahr Holding GmbH & Co KG holds as of now not an indirect participating interest, as in the past, but instead a direct participating interest. This particular sale of shares to Jahr Holding GmbH & Co KG is merely a result of an intragroup redistribution. The share of voting rights of Jahr Holding GmbH & Co KG in Symrise AG amounts to 3.05 %. The share of voting rights of Jahr Group remains unchanged.
