Planned figures for land purchases clearly exceeded

Growth sustainably secured

Wiesbaden, 03 February 2020 - Traumhaus AG (WKN: A2NB7S) laid the foundation for further dynamic growth in the past financial year. In the past fiscal year 2019, the company was able to acquire properties worth around EUR 40 million. "We have developed outstandingly well in the supreme discipline of purchasing. These areas alone reflect a development volume of 419 houses and 128 apartments", explains Otfried Sinner, CEO of Traumhaus AG. "We have thus increased the units to be realised by 30% to 1925 units compared to the previous year", Sinner continues.

The acquired properties are located in the Rhine-Main region of North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg and in Berlin. "With our concept of affordable living, we are meeting with a very positive response from both communities and young families," said Sinner.

As a result, the company was also able to make a good start to the new year in the construction business segment. Currently, around 441 units are under construction nationwide. A further 130 units will be started shortly. At the reporting date of the previous year, 352 units were under construction. The company plans to build up to 600 residential units per year by 2022.
