Customer hotline of PŸUR rated "very good"

• PŸUR ranked as "very good" for advice on broadband Internet and fixed-line products
• Top notch grade of 1.0 for advice on TV products

Berlin, 6 November 2019. PŸUR, the brand of the Tele Columbus Group, significantly improved its ranking in this years' service hotline test by the consumer magazine CHIP. PŸUR was ranked "very good" for advice on broadband Internet and fixed-line products ahead of all other cable network operators.

CHIP together with the statistics online portal Statista tested 143 hotlines across twelve different sectors. The relevant categories were service, queuing time, reachability and transparency. PŸUR was rated in the sector of fixed-line and Internet providers as well as TV and VoD (video-on-demand) providers. On Internet and fixed-line products the quality of the advice and the call centre agent's reachability working for PŸUR was rated as "very good". Given the strong individual results, the brand PŸUR achieved to be ranked among the top three overall in its relevant sectors.

Also for advice on TV and VoD products PŸUR improved its test results significantly compared to last year. In the category of service, where the quality of the advice is rated, PŸUR reached the top grade of 1.0. Ranked fourth overall in the sector of TV and VoD, PŸUR reached the highest ranking among its direct cable peers.
