NFON AG launches NCTI Pro

- NCTI extended by CEBP and Unified Communication features

Munich, October 25, 2019 - NFON AG, the only pan-European cloud PBX provider, announces the launch of NCTI* Pro and addresses core needs of large user groups and specialized work environments. With NCTI Pro, NFON complements the NCTI portfolio premium and standard with deeper business process integration (CEBP = Communication Enabled Business Processes) and UC features (UC = Unified Communication). "There is a need for a comprehensive solution, especially telephony, which enables people to communicate efficiently, productively and ultimately profitably," explains César Flores Rodríguez, Chief Sales Officer of NFON AG. "NCTI Pro is an important solution component for giving business communication and its users the freedom that they need."

Holistic view

The constantly growing demand for intensive business process integration offers numerous added values for companies. Customer requirements are integrated into existing applications and business tools such as Salesforce, Datev, SAP and more with maximum convenience, information about callers is displayed from existing data records and the phone can be controlled via the computer. Markus Krammer, Vice President Products & New Business of NFON AG: "NCTI Pro shows that a holistic view of the customer is becoming increasingly important. Applications must perform significantly better and become noticeably more complex - so it is essential to lift simplicity and functionality to the same level". NCTI Pro offers the extension of UC features such as video, chat and screen sharing and also enables mobile communication via native iOS & Android apps while on the move or from the home office. Markus Krammer: "Mobile communication is becoming increasingly important, the workplace of tomorrow is already today independent of location. Understanding this is essential. NCTI Pro is NFON's answer to transformation processes in business communication and complements our core product Cloudya". NCTI Pro is flexible and scalable, with billing per user (4.80 Euro) and month. NCTI Pro is now available in Germany and is planned for the following countries by the end of the year: Austria, Spain, Italy, France and United Kingdom.

Growth

Since its foundation in 2007, NFON AG has recorded continuous growth. The IPO in 2018 (Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Prime Standard) was an important step for NFON's expansion strategy.
