ADO Properties S.A.: New Chief Operating Officer appointed

Berlin, September 25, 2019. ADO Properties S.A. (the "Company") has today announced that Eran Amir will be joining the Company as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective October 1, 2019.

Eran brings with him extensive experience in operations, project management and value enhancement expertise in the real estate sector and has been providing operational consulting services to the Company, including in the areas of development, capital expenditures and process enhancement.

Eran is an experienced and accomplished high-level professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. He will succeed Eyal Horn as ADO Properties' COO.

"We believe that Eran with his extensive experience in strategic and conceptual project management, tenant improvement, development, capital expenditure planning and budgeting in the real estate sector is ideally suited to helping the Company with its continuing success. We are excited to have Eran as the Company's new COO and having him as part of the team," Ran Laufer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company said.
