Change in the Management Board of TAKKT AG

Stuttgart, Germany, September 23, 2019. At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of TAKKT AG accepted Dirk Lessing's wish to terminate his contract as member of the Management Board of TAKKT AG with effect from October 31, 2019. At the same time, Dirk Lessing will also resign from his position as Chairman of the Management Board of KAISER+KRAFT Europa GmbH. Even since the decision has been made by amicable mutual agreement, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board regret it very much.
