ADO Properties S.A.: New Chief Financial Officer appointed
Berlin, August 13, 2019. ADO Properties S.A. (the "Company") has today announced Eyal Merdler is joining the Company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2019. Eyal joins ADO Properties from ADO Group, from where he will be resigning as CFO effective September 30, 2019. He brings with him an extensive background in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, strategic planning and risk management along with a deep appreciation for ADO Properties and its focus on the Berlin real estate market.
Having served in various managerial and senior executive positions in a number of listed companies, most recently as the CFO of ADO Group, Eyal is an experienced and accomplished high-level executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. He will succeed Florian Goldgruber as ADO Properties' CFO.
"We believe that Eyal with his extensive experience in financial management and in the real estate sector, is perfectly suited to help the Company with its continuing success. We are excited to have Eyal as the Company's new CFO," Mickey Dayan, Chairman of the Board, said.
