The proposal of the supervisory board is based on a proposal by shareholders representing more than 25 % of the voting rights in the company. It is intended that Mr. Hecktor stands for the chairmanship of the supervisory board. The terms of office of the members of the supervisory board expire with the end of the shareholders' meeting on 12 May 2014. With effect as of this point in time, Mr. Hecktor will resign from his office as member and chairman of the management board of Data Modul AG. The management board of the company will in the future be composed of its current other members, Mr. Walter King (COO) and Dr. Florian Pesahl (CFO).
