publity with further asset management success - acquisition of office property for PREOS

Frankfurt 06/08/2019 - publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has achieved another asset management success. For PREOS Real Esate AG, the purchase of an office and technical centre in a central city centre location in Lüdenscheid, not far from Dortmund, has now been accompanied. The complex consists of four office buildings and a multi-storey car park with 193 parking spaces. The buildings have a total rental area of around 10,100 square meters and are 90 percent let. The main tenant is the city of Lüdenscheid with a rental area of 2,900 square meters. The weighted average lease term for the property (WALT) amounts six years. The closing of the transaction is expected in the third quarter.

The office complex has a very attractive location in the middle of Lüdenscheid and is very close to the shopping centre Stern Center, the town hall and the train station. The location is characterised by commercial buildings and in parts by residential buildings.

The transaction was advised by CMS and albrings + müller.
