DIC Asset AG acquires GEG German Estate Group from TTL Real Estate and KKR

DIC Asset AG acquires GEG German Estate Group from TTL Real Estate and KKRFrankfurt am Main, 5 May 2019. DIC Asset AG (WKN: A1X3XX / ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4) has reached an agreement with the current shareholders of German Estate Group GmbH & Co. KG (GEG), TTL Real Estate GmbH and the financial investor KKR on the acquisition of GEG and has entered into a corresponding sale and purchase agreement today. Under this agreement DIC Asset AG will take over the operating activities of the GEG Group. GEG is one of Germany's leading investment and asset management platforms in the commercial real estate sector. The completion of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) will in essence occur immediately after the signing of the SPA.
