adesso confirmed as an important framework agreement partner for two further years by one of its largest customers

In 2019, within the scope of a Europe-wide tender, adesso was again able to position itself as one of the most important framework agreement partners of a customer that has been among its largest for a number of years. On the basis of this extension, adesso will continue to support the BITMARCK Group, a leading managed service provider in the statutory health insurance IT market, until at least then end of 2020. As in the past, the contract primarily relates to the development of the statutory health insurance core standard BITMARCK_21c|ng, which approximately 85 % of German statutory health insurance companies use to manage more than 20 million insured individuals. adesso won the framework agreements for all 16 lots that it bid on. There were a total of 19 lots.

Since 2002, adesso has been supporting the BITMARCK Group - one of its largest customers over a number of years. The lots won by adesso describe services from traditional development to development for mobile contexts and work flow development, with other lots outlining more methodical roles such as tester, project manager, analyst and technical organiser.

Along with further development in the context of necessary legal changes, the focus over the next two years will be on consulting and development with regard to the topics of automation and tailoring of processes. BITMARCK is thereby actively addressing the challenges facing the health industry as a result of increasing digitalisation.
