STEMMER IMAGING AG switches to the Prime Standard on 10 May 2019

Puchheim, 8 May 2019 - STEMMER IMAGING AG will be listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the first time on 10 May 2019. The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) approved the prospectus today. STEMMER IMAGING will therefore comply with the most exacting transparency requirements for listed companies in Germany in future, and is opening itself up to a broader investor base.

In line with its announcement on 19 March 2019, STEMMER IMAGING AG (ISIN DE000A2G9MZ9/GSIN A2G9MZ) is switching from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Open Market by listing all 6,500,000 of its shares on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 10 May 2019 and, at the same time, in the segment of the Regulated Market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard). The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) approved the requisite prospectus today.

By switching segments, STEMMER IMAGING now complies with the most exacting transparency requirements for listed companies in Germany, and is opening itself up to a broader investor base. As a result, the Management Board firmly believes that it can gain additional investors in Germany and abroad. "By switching to the Prime Standard, we aim to provide even greater transparency and align ourselves even more closely with international investors.
