Karlsruhe, 23 April 2019. In the period from 15 April 2019 to 18 April 2019 init innovation in traffic systems SE (ISIN DE0005759807) acquired a total of 7,060 treasury shares at a value of EUR 93,898.00.
This ongoing acquisition is based on the adhoc release of 9 April 2019. The acquisition was carried out by the assigned bank, Commerzbank AG, via the stock exchange (XETRA).
