Shanghai, China / Amberg, Germany, April 16, 2019 - At this year's Auto Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition in Shanghai, the Chinese automotive and commercial vehicle subsidiary of the Grammer Group invites customers and business partners to one of the most important international automotive trade fairs. During the eight-day event, which will be taking place from April 18 to 25, 2019 visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the most recent Grammer product innovations for passenger vehicle interiors and suspended seats for commercial vehicles.

Presentation of the latest Grammer product innovations
The product highlights shown at Grammer's own booth at Auto Shanghai include interior components from the complete product range of Grammer interior solutions for the automotive and commercial vehicles industries. One of the innovations presented for the first time to Chinese customers is the new hybrid glass design for a loud speaker grill included in the door panel. Furthermore, a new instrument panel board with integrated smart control of ventilation flaps will be unveiled. Commercial vehicle customers and industry experts will be particularly interested in Grammer's new concept of an electric truck seat with full electrical adjustment capability. For the first time, Grammer will present a rotating single captain's chair including special functions for the premium segment and completed with a newly developed automatically extendable armrest, a multimedia headrest and separate lighting.

Numerous awards for Grammer interior products
Grammer's innovative strength is reflected in the numerous Business Awards that the interior specialist has received in recent years. Among other things, awards were received for the headrests for a compact all-terrain vehicle and a luxury limousine, the center console for a luxury limousine, as well as for various interior components for electric vehicles. Indeed, the renowned SPE Award was recently bestowed on a new and innovative tire carrier assembly produced by the newest Grammer US subsidiary Toledo Molding & Die.
