Approval, Ratification and Confirmation of Messrs. David Daniel, Moshe Dayan und Dr. Sebastian-Dominik Jais as Members of the Board of Directors by the General Meeting and appointment of Mr. Constantin Papadimitriou as Member of the Board of Directors

On 11. April 2019, the General Meeting of the Company approved, ratified and confirmed Messrs. David Daniel, Moshe Dayan und Dr. Sebastian-Dominik Jais as Members of the Board of Directors until the day of the Annual General Meeting to take place in 2023.

The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Daniel on 24. January 2019 and Mr. Dayan and Mr. Jais on 12. March 2019 by co-optation on a provisional basis until its ratification and confirmation by the next general meeting of the Company.

On April 11, 2019, the General Meeting of the Company also appointed Mr. Constantin Papadimitriou as a member of the Board of Directors until the day of the Annual General Meeting to take place in 2023.

Mr. Constantin Papadimitriou is CEO / CIO of General Oriental Investments (Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Geneva), the investment manager of the Cavamont Group of companies. Additionally he is is Founding Partner of Diorasis International S.A., Luxembourg and Chairman of the Greek School of Geneva and Lausanne.
