Board of Directors Resolves to Propose to Increase the Number of Members of the Board
Heidelberg, 5 April 2019 - The Board of Directors of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE resolved today to propose to the coming general shareholders meeting, expected to be held on 6 June 2019, to appoint Dr Klaus Christian Kleinfeld and Dr Karl Benedikt Biesinger to become additional members of the Board of Directors ("Verwaltungsrat").
The designated members of the Board of Directors have already indicated that they are willing to accept their anticipated appointment. In addition, the two major shareholders have indicated that they are in support of the proposal so that SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE currently expects that the proposal will meet the required majority in the general shareholders meeting.
