STEMMER IMAGING plans to switch to Deutsche Börse's Prime Standard

Puchheim, 19 March 2019 - STEMMER IMAGING AG is implementing its plans, already announced in the annual financial report 2017/2018, to switch to Deutsche Börse's Prime Standard. The company will therefore reach out to a larger number of investors and, at the same time, comply with the most exacting transparency requirements for stock-listed companies in Germany.

STEMMER IMAGING AG (ISIN DE000A2G9MZ9 / GSIN A2G9MZ) is implementing its announcement that it would switch from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Open Market to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Regulated Market and, at the same time, to the segment of the Regulated Market in additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard). Subject to approval of the requisite securities prospectus by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, inclusion of all 6,500,000 shares in STEMMER IMAGING AG to the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) is expected in May 2019.

STEMMER IMAGING will therefore comply with the most exacting transparency requirements for stock-listed companies in Germany in future. In addition, by switching segments, the company is reaching out to an extended group of investors and is immediately making its share more appealing through more liquid trading and more media attention.
