EQS Group AG sells investment in Issuer Direct
Cooperation with US News Service Accesswire to continue

Munich - December 5, 2018

EQS Group AG (ISIN: DE0005494165) has sold its entire stake in US firm Issuer Direct Corporation. However, EQS Group's cooperation with Issuer Direct -the owner of the fourth largest US news service, Accesswire - continues.

Founded in 2006, Issuer Direct (ISDR) is a leading communications and compliance company with over 2,000 clients, predominantly listed companies in the US and UK. Accesswire has been an EQS Group cooperation partner for the distribution of corporate communications since EQS's entry into the North American market. The investment served to underpin a long-term cooperation.

EQS Group AG has sold a total of 291,916 shares of Issuer Direct Corporation, generating approximately $3.63 million. The sales proceeds approximately equal the original purchase price.
