Création today submitted the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013 to the auditors for the final audit. The Managing Board does not assume that this audit will result in material changes to the preliminary figures now available. According to these figures, the Group's sales revenues in the fiscal year 2013 are expected to amount to EUR 199.8 million (previous year: EUR 198.9 million), while net profit for the year will probably come in at EUR 1.3 million (previous year: EUR 7.4 million), which would be equivalent to earnings per share of EUR 0.48 (previous year: EUR 2.67). In the latest outlook on the full year 2013, which had been presented in the context of the interim report for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2013, the Managing Board had projected sales revenues of between EUR 200 million and EUR 210 million and a net profit of between EUR 5.0 million and EUR 6.5 million. At the time, the Managing Board explicitly pointed out that these figures did not include any charges resulting from the ongoing anti-trust proceedings. According to the preliminary figures, sales revenues will be just below the projected level, while net profit for the year will clearly fall short of the projections. The fact that the earnings target will be missed is attributable, among other things, to weaker-than-expected business in the fourth quarter of 2013. Moreover, the Russian production company as well as the Russian distribution company incurred higher-than-expected start-up and exchange rate losses in the fourth quarter of 2013. Finally, the company established a provision for risks arising from the anti-trust proceedings in Germany, as the Managing Board no longer believes that the proceedings will be settled by mutual agreement with the Federal Cartel Office. The consolidated financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2013, which will contain further details, are scheduled for publication on March 20, 2014. The Supervisory Board will discuss the consolidated financial statements at its meeting on March 13, 2014 and subsequently decide on the profit appropriation proposal. So far, A.S.
