As of today, the aggregate Principal Amount of the Bonds still outstanding and held by persons other than Rocket Internet SE and its Subsidiaries is less than 15% of the aggregate Principal Amount of the Bonds initially issued. Rocket Internet SE exercises its right to early redemption in accordance with § 6(2) of the Terms and Conditions and hereby irrevocably terminates in whole the remaining Bonds and will redeem the Bonds at their Principal Amount plus accrued interest.
