As a result of the lowering of the minimum acceptance threshold, the acceptance period originally expiring on 23 July 2018 will be extended by two weeks and will now end on 6 August 2018, 24:00 hours. All other terms and conditions of the offer remain unchanged. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board will publish an additional statement on the modified offer in a timely manner pursuant to the provisions of the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act (WpÜG).
