Following the successful reorganization of the company in 2012 and 2013, Tobias Hoefer is to step down from the Management Board, as planned, as of February 17, 2014. The Management Board post of Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) that he has held to date will be assumed by CEO Jan von Schuckmann, who will continue with the restructuring activities that are underway. 'Since his appointment in July 2012, Tobias Hoefer has restructured centrotherm jointly with his Management Board colleagues, repositioning it with a reorganization plan that is beneficial to all involved.
