All agenda items were passed with an approval of almost 100%. Altogether, around 72% of the share capital was present. Besides the discharge of the Management Board and Supervisory Board as well as the election of the auditor for financial year 2018, the 2018 stock option plan including contingent capital, the adjustment of the authorized capital 2018 and the authorization to purchase own shares were adopted. Moreover, the shareholders approved the profit and loss transfer agreements with Medios Digital GmbH, Medios Individual GmbH, Medios Manufaktur GmbH and Medios Pharma GmbH.
