His term of office begins on September 1, 2018, the contract runs for three years. Witt replaces CFO Kai Bentz. Bentz will remain at the company's disposal in an advisory capacity until the end of his contract. Witt, 47, holds a Master Degree in Economics. He has many years of experience as CFO in industrial and high-tech companies. He has expanded business models for internationally active companies in Germany and abroad, created sustainable growth and increased profitability and corporate value. Witt has extensive knowledge in Controlling, Treasury, M & A and Compliance.
