KGaA is selling its Danish and Polish wholesale companies, FTZ Autodele & Verktoj A/S ('FTZ') and Inter-Team sp. z o.o. ('Inter-Team'), to the Swedish wholesaler, Mekonomen AB. A corresponding agreement has been signed today by both companies. In addition to the purchase price of 395 million euros, a consideration equivalent to cash flows generated from 30 Nov 2017 to completion of the transaction will be paid to the seller. The sale is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities. FTZ and Inter-Team are currently part of the "Nordic Forum" which includes also HELLA's wholesale activities in Norway ("HELLAnor") as well as its e-commerce business ("UCANDO").
