At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Lloyd Fonds AG (Deutsche Börse Scale, ISIN DE000A12UP29) approved changes to Lloyd Fonds AG's Management Board. For one thing, the Supervisory Board renewed Management Board member Klaus M. Pinter's service contract, which was originally due to expire on June 30, 2019, by a further two years with immediate effect until June 30, 2021. For another, Jochen Sturtzkopf was appointed as a further member of Lloyd Fonds AG's Management Board effective July 1, 2018 for a period expiring on December 31, 2020.
