The shareholders approved the proposals of the management with clear majorities in all agenda items. The shareholders of Bitcoin Group SE present followed the recommendation of the management to approve the actions of the members of the Board of Directors for the 2017 financial year. This was accepted by 99.99 % of the capital present. The actions of the Executive Directors were also approved (99.99% approval). Baker Tilly Roelfs AG, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Munich, was appointed as auditor and group auditor.
