The 26 buildings with a total area of approximately 44,000 square metres are located in central Berlin. ACCENTRO acts as the exclusive sales partner for the entire portfolio. Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, said, "I am delighted that we have successfully closed the second investment in a large real estate portfolio. Besides the acquisition of residential units for our privatisation portfolio, we increasingly aim for sales partnerships with investors with a strong capital base. Privatisation properties shows strong increase With the closing of this acquisition ACCENTRO has a privatisation portfolio of approximately 3,700 apartments.
