Dr. Blaschke is departing for personal reasons. His successor as Managing Director from March 1 onwards will be Mr. Klaus Duttiné (48 years old), who will take over responsibility for the Finance and Legal departments. In accordance with corporate statutes, Marc Hübner will replace Dr. Blaschke as a Member of the Administrative Board. Dr. Blaschke will explicitly continue to have close, friendly ties with the company and will continue to support Deufol as a consultant.
