The Service/SaaS division made the greatest contribution to this revenue increase, with its figures up by 28.4 percent. Serviceware SE's consolidated revenues lifted by 11 percent to EUR 12.8 million. EBIT in the first quarter totaled EUR 1.8 million, up by 5 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Consolidated earnings increased by 6.2 percent to EUR 1.4 million. The first quarter was characterised by one-off factors in the amount of EUR 170,000 in connection with expenses for the IPO. Serviceware SE's has been listed in the regulated market (Prime Standard) of Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 20 April 2018. The new funds from going public will be used to enhance the company's sales to increasingly address key accounts, finance its growth via acquisitions, and for further internationalisation. Dirk K.
