As part of the takeover of the CHORUS Clean Energy AG ("CHORUS") Holger Götze became a member of the Management Board of Encavis AG in October 2016. During this time, he was amongst others instrumental in successfully integrating CHORUS Clean Energy AG ("CHORUS") into Encavis AG. In this context, he further developed the Asset Management business for institutional clients during the past months and established it within the Encavis Group as a stand-alone business segment. With the completion of the CHORUS-integration into Encavis AG, Holger Götze and the Supervisory Board agreed to early terminate his management contract before maturity on 18 October 2019.
