Tele Columbus AG (ISIN: DE000TCAG172, WKN: TCAG17) announces a change in its management board: Frank Posnanski (51), since 1 September 2011 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Tele Columbus Group and since 12 September 2014 member of the management board of Tele Columbus AG, will leave the company at his own request effective 15 July 2018. He will be succeeded as CFO and member of the management board by Mr Eike Walters (39), currently Director Controlling. Since November 2007, Eike Walters held various leading financial functions at Tele Columbus Group and has been Director Controlling since April 2014. As part of this role, he leads the commercial steering as well as several important strategic projects. Upon becoming CFO, Eike Walters will drive the consolidation of the running integration and migration processes as well as ensuring the implementation of the company's strategy together with CEO Timm Degenhardt.
