Frank Posnanski (51), since 1 September 2011 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Tele Columbus Group and since 12 September 2014 member of the management board of Tele Columbus AG, will leave the Company at his own request effective 15 July 2018. He will be succeeded as CFO and member of the management board by Mr Eike Walters (39), currently Director Controlling. Frank Posnanski has decided to leave Tele Columbus AG for personal reasons by 15 July 2018 and to embrace new challenges. As CFO his milestones comprise the financial restructuring, the successful initial public offering (IPO) in 2015 as well as the merger with primacom and pepcom. In this function he significantly contributed to the development of the Tele Columbus Group from a regional provider to a strong nation-wide player. "After seven intense and exciting years, I have chosen this moment to embrace new challenges outside of Tele Columbus. I would like to use this opportunity to thank all of my colleagues as well as partners for the excellent cooperation. Since November 2007, Eike Walters held various leading financial functions at Tele Columbus Group and has been Director Controlling since April 2014. As part of this role, he leads the commercial steering as well as several important strategic projects. In this function, the 39-year-old industrial engineer significantly contributed to the successful financial restructuring as well as the IPO of Tele Columbus AG. Furthermore, Eike Walters was intensively involved in the acquisition of pepcom and primacom and has been responsible, amongst other topics, for the identification and steering of synergies. The transition period of three months will ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities in the finance department between Frank Posnanski and Eike Walters.
