Karsten Markwardt, who holds a doctorate in law, has been working for MPC Capital since the beginning of 2008 and fills the newly created position of Legal & Compliance within the Management Board. Philipp Lauenstein, with a doctorate in business administration, joined MPC Capital in 2016 and takes over the position of Chief Financial Officer. The former CFO Constantin Baack (39), who additionally took over the shipping division following the departure of Peter Ganz on December 31, 2017, will henceforth concentrate on the company's maritime activities. The roles of CEO Ulf Holländer (59) and Dr. Roman Rocke (42), responsible for Sales, Real Estate and Infrastructure, remain unchanged.
