These figures include cost allocations of approx. EUR 232 thousand in the loss from discontinued operations, although these expenses were incurred even after the 'Magazine' division was discontinued, and which are thus to be allocated to the earnings from continued operations. In addition, the closure of the Paris location does not correspond with the definition of discontinued operations. If the expenses from the Paris location had been allocated to the divisions as in fiscal year 2011, earnings would have been lower by an additional EUR 512 thousand. The incorrect disclosure of the earnings from discontinued operations is in violation of IFRS 5.33 (a). This disclosure has been corrected retroactively in the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2012 and the following short-form financial statements.
