Already at the Annual General Meeting held on 08th of August 2012, a corresponding amendment of the Articles of Association regarding the change of the company name to Varengold Bank AG was approved by the shareholders. The change of the name has now been entered in the Commercial Register under number HRB 73684. The trading symbol on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will remain unchanged. As part of the renaming, the website of the company is currently being reorganized and adjusted.
