In the fiscal year 2012 UET generated consolidated revenues of EUR 57.7mn. Revenues for the consolidated core business including the core companies' activities were EUR 46.7mn. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amount to EUR 1.989mn, which represents an 11.6% decrease compared with the previous year. Earnings of ordinary operating activities improved from EUR -12.826mn to EUR -3.176mn but still remain negative. Cash Flow from operating activities amounted to EUR -0.8mn and was EUR 1.0mn better than the year before. Cash and cash equivalents in the group amounted to EUR 1.5mn, as of Dec 31st, 2012.
