The newly developed claim management system for the composite segment has been completed and successfully put into operation in a project at INTER Versicherungsgruppe. The entire claim management process is now carried out using the in|sure General Claims product component. The customer also relies on life and health insurance products from the adesso Group. The integrated solutions have already proved themselves in operation. Klaus Schroth, Head of the Composite Central Claim Service at INTER Versicherungsgruppe, commented: "The uniform interfaces and user-friendly operation across all divisions meant the transition to the new claim management system was seamless for all users and didn't involve significant training. Thanks to its user-friendly controls and the significantly expanded provision of data, the new system has allowed the company to reduce the time needed to open new claims by 50 percent. The successful integration of the entire claim management system, and with it the successful go-live in all private and commercial segments apart from vehicle insurance, was achieved in the shortest possible time thanks to the close cooperation between the two companies. Commercial liability and property insurance, including technical insurance, presented the greatest challenges. In 2017 and 2018, the adesso in|sure product family will be rounded out by the completion of further components for inventory management in property and vehicle insurance, which will join the finished components for the life and health insurance segments.
