This means that the company has recorded a major rental success for this property after just a brief holding period. The property was only acquired in December 2016. publity has been able to acquire new tenants including Knauf Interfer SE. This tenant will occupy almost 1,600 m² in the property. Another existing tenant has already extended the term of its rental agreement for a further almost 1,500 m2 for a period of five years.
