CORESTATE goes public - The listing of the CORESTATE shares is scheduled for October 4, 2016, on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange - A capital increase by means of a private placement was successfully completed prior to the approval of the security prospectus CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A. ("CORESTATE"), a fully integrated real estate investment manager and co-investor, goes public. The listing of the CORESTATE shares is scheduled for October 4, 2016, on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. All 12,610,681 shares (ISIN LU1296758029 / WKN A141J3) shall be included to trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange via the Entry Standard. CORESTATE successfully completed a capital increase by means of a private placement with selected international investors immediately before the approval of the securities prospectus.
