Within the acquisition period from 29 June to 13 July 2016, the bondholders exercised their acquisition rights to the new shares and the new bonds of the collateralized bond issue, taking up over 82 % of the total amount. The former bondholders exercised the acquisition rights due to them to the following extent: - Exercised share purchase rights: 4,725,408 units, equivalent to 82.04 %; - Exercised bond purchase rights: Euro 9,858,200 nominal amount, equivalent to 82.15 %. The new shares and new bonds of the new collateralized bond issue in respect of which former bondholders did not exercise their purchase rights were offered publicly for purchase to the former bondholders, shareholders entitled to subscription and individual subscribers. The mandated bank is utilizing the new shares and new bonds due to the submitted tenders. Delivery of the new shares under WKN A1681X / ISIN DE000A1681X5 will take place on 21 July 2016.
