Due to strong incoming orders and sales in the first half year 2016 - particularly from the Asian market - the business performance is better than expected. Therefore, the management board of Basler AG increases today the sales forecast for fiscal year 2016 from Euro 90 - 92 million to Euro 92 - 94 million. Furthermore, the higher sales level as well as stable gross margins prompt the management board to also increase the profit forecast for the current fiscal year. The company henceforth expects a pre-tax return margin of 10 - 11 % (formerly 9 - 10 %).
