The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter 2016. In the current financial year, ending on March 31, 2017, the company is expected to generate sales of around EUR 17 million with slightly positive earnings contributing to STRATECs EBIT. Based on current planning, the management teams expect a continuously growing EBIT margin to reach the current group's EBIT margin by 2020. The company valuation set in the sale and purchase agreement amounts over EUR 30 million.
